VALENTINE’S DAY COCKTAILS

Call me crazy, but I think holiday-themed drinks are so much fun. It’s an easy way to add a festive flair to a meal without a lot of extra decoration and fuss. With Valentine’s Day just around the corner, I thought it would be fun to put together some easy drinks and cocktail recipes for your Valentine’s (or Galentine’s!) dinner. So whether. You are cooking a meal indoors, or heading out for a nice meal, these drinks can be a great way to kick off your evening. Don’t forget to check out my Valentine’s Day gift guide!

Pink Lady Cocktail

1 oz Gin
1 oz Applejack Splash lemon juice 1 egg white
1 tsp Grenadine

Pink Margarita

2 oz tequila
1 oz Cointreau
1 oz lime juice Splash of grenadine ice

Pink Gin Martini

2 oz Pink Gin
1 oz Dry Vermouth
Squeeze of fresh grapefruit juice ice

Pink Paloma

1 oz resposado tequila
Splash lime juice
Pinch sea salt
Pink grapefruit juice (or soda) Ice

Garnish with slice of lime

Pomegranate Cosmo

1 oz pomegranate juice 1 oz vodka
1⁄2 oz Cointeau
Splash lemon juice

1 tsp simple (or maple) syrup
Garnish with some pomegranate seeds

Sparkling Rose

Chilled sparkling rose
Garnish with fresh or frozen raspberries and a sprig of fresh thyme

(Spiked) Pink Lemonade

1 oz citrus vodka
splash lemon juice
splash lime juice
splash pomegranate juice 1/4 tsp vanilla

Ice
Garnish with a lemon slice
