Hi friends! These pictures were taken at the Wynwood Walls in Miami, Florida last weekend and I had to share because they’re SO FUN! I love a good mural, painted wall. Totally puts me in a good + happy mood! On another note… I was having a totally off day yesterday (I’m sure you can relate too), so I did a little check-in with myself and went back to the basics with my 5-step self love checklist! This little checklist has been a game changer for me to getting my mind right, feeling confident about myself, and appreciating and respecting all that I have! I am so excited to share these tools with you in today’s blog post to possible inspire growth and self reflection!
Whether you practice this 5-step self love checklist daily or weekly, I think it’s so important to show appreciation to yourself and give yourself that loving it deserves 😉
MY SELF LOVE CHECKLIST:
- Write down everything you’re GOOD at! Including silly things like making breakfast everyday, or doing my hair.
- Write down the negative + LITERALLY throw it away, in the trash can! Rip it up if you have to, but physically throw the list away.
- Go through your social media account + do a cleanse. Only follow uplifting and positive people that you enjoy seeing or listening to daily.
- Put something on that makes you FEEL good. Even if it’s a pair of leggings to wear a movie on the couch, put it on.
- Give yourself a PEP TALK. Positive affirmations are everything, and a huge bonus is saying it to yourself while standing in front of a mirror!
BOOM! Practice this daily, weekly, or monthly, and you’ll be so impressed that your self confidence, self love, self esteem, and more will be booted! You’ve got this girlfriend!!!!
