With all my travels lately from the west to the east coast and back, I’d like to say I’ve gotten pretty good at packing what I needed and not forgetting the essentials! So besides packing the obvious: clothes, sunglasses, workout outfits, phone chargers, etc, I thought it would be fun to share the 5 things I never travel without!

- Healthy Snacks: my favorites that will keep you full and take care of all your healthy fats/proteins/carbs are: rX nut butter (vanilla almond butter and choc. peanut butter are the best), “oh yeah” one protein bars (favorite flavors: blueberry crumble, birthday cake, almond bliss, peanut butter cup), honey crisp apples, chomps turkey, dried mango, AND travel sized vital proteins collagen (I add this protein to my coffee when I travel to start my day loaded with protein so I don’t get hangry).
- Tripod + Clicker: I’ve been relying on this iPhone connector + tripod and clicker for the past 6 months now and it’s been a total game changer! It’s given me so much freedom to travel, go when/where I want, and take photos at my own leisure without having to rely on anyone else’s time constraints. Plus, it’s less than $20!
- Extra iPhone Charger: if you know me, then you know my iPhone is pretty much always on the verge of dying. I’m talking like 2% most of the time, risky right? Well when I travel I’m surprisingly pretty good about keeping my phone charged, but only thanks to my additional on-the-go lightning charger (it has over 10k, 5 star reviews) that keeps me safe.
- Sanitizing Wipes + my Tula Skincare Line + Laneige Sleeping Mask: any other germophobes out there?? I traveled recently and totally forgot my face cleanser and day & night cream and my face went BONKERS. Also I can’t go to sleep without using this Lip Mask– it’ll make your lips so smooth, moisturized, and soft.
- Card Case + 4-in-1 Sunglasses Case: this cute little $23 card case (Goyard designer dupe) comes in clutch when traveling. Since I need a new purse for every outfit, I just throw this card case with all the essential case, ID, credit cards, etc into whatever purse I’m using and I’m good to go! OMG and this 4-in-1 sunglasses case has been a total game changer! I used to carry 4 SEPARATE sunglass cases with me and this genius sunglass case rolls up, saves space, and keeps all your cute sunnies safe and protected while traveling!
