Trust me when I say that fitness oriented trips have never been better these days, especially when they involve some of your closest #sweatsquad!

A couple weeks ago I jet set from indulging in Cabo, Mexico to an active Los Angeles, CA where the culmination of Propel Water’s Fitness Festival took place! The Quixote Studios in West Hollywood was completely transformed to a fitness enthusiasts mixed with a blogger’s dream. There were bright colors lining the walls, upbeat music blaring, enthusiastic instructors, and most importantly, the Propel water (fuel) that kept replenishing everyone all day long as we sweat it out!
My #sweatsquad (which you may have met here in NYC or on my Instagram) and I had the opportunity to sign up for 3 mash up fitness classes and 1 celebrity fitness workout per day at the Fitness Festival…talk about a fitcation! 😉 I also invited my mom to join me one day which was a blast. She loves to work out like me, if not more, so having her there to support me and have fun together was a special day.
I was SO excited to have the opportunity to try out some new fitness classes and experience some new teachers that I’d never taken before! That was probably the best part of signing up for multiple classes- the chance for a new experience! My schedule for the weekend looked a little something like this:
As you can see from the above photos…each class was absolutely i-n-c-r-e-d-i-b-l-e! Each class I participated in and the entire weekend was filled with laughs, high energy, sweat, smiles, hugs, high-fives, dancing and best of all: my #sweatsquad that I love dearly. Finding a #sweatsquad is so important because when you surround yourself with quality people that are like-minded and have the same passion as you, you just know you’ll have a special bond together! From NYC to Las Vegas and Los Angeles, we will forever be united in sweat and Propel water, and for that, I am so grateful.
