Yes, it’s definitely wedding season. In fact, it’s in full effect for everyone my age, or so it seems. Love is in the air, the invitations are rolling in, and you’re already planning what cute outfit to wear to each one without breaking the bank! I’m so excited today to team up with Nordstrom to share my favorite dresses and shoes to wear to a Summer + early Fall wedding that are all super affordable!
With many different types of weddings and many different wedding dress codes it can be difficult to find “the one outfit” you’re going to feel comfortable in while also looking cute! I always love to err on the side of caution as a wedding guest by wearing a simple or non-patterned dress (but never white of course) with a little flair like this gorgeous wrap dress!
I opted for this under $70 ruffle dress that allows you to sway as you move, is comfortable, light, and airy, has a built in slip underneath, and stays up on its’ own with one strong strap! Perfect. Also, if you’re going to spend a night on the dance floor like me, comfortable shoes are a priority! Enter the perfect shoes to wear to a wedding… I swear they are almost as comfortable as my sneakers and are just the right height!
