If you are ever in Santa Barbara please consider my one piece of advice… go visit the El Encanto! This luxe hotel is a mix of Spanish Colonial Revival and Craftsman buildings and is set on a huge private hillside property with lush gardens, peaceful ponds, private cottages, a relaxing infiniti pool, and breathtaking ocean and mountain views. I promise you won’t regret your choice to head over there for a drink, some corn hole, and a sunset viewing session poolside! That is exactly what happened over the long weekend and I am in still in awe of the memories that were made 🙂
