With 2016 just around the corner, you may be thinking about creating something completely new for yourself in the new year. Whether you want to lose weight, tone up, run a race, get your nutrition right, or take charge of your health, now is the best time to make a commitment to YOU! It’s important to have a system in place that inspires and motivates you to stay on track. An accountability partner is a great start, but how about having thousands of women supporting and encouraging you to stay strong!? Look no further than Tone It Up and Kayla Itsines!
The founders who have created incredible fitness guides and nutrition plans have taken the female fitness world by a storm with their energetic approach to fitness and have built a vibrant community based around friendship, accountability, motivation and inspiration. I can speak from personal experience and say that I’ve tried the Kayla Itsines Bikini Body Guide, which is an incredible workout plan that can be completed from home in under 30 minutes. You’ll be surprised at how much you sweat and how out of breath you are, which is such an exhilarating feeling, that will keep you addicted and coming back for more. I’d love to try workouts by Karena and Katrina from Tone It Up in the near future, because I’m positive these women would kick my butt into shape!
Remember, it’s important to take care of yourself, so check out their plans and see which one is right for you and your 2016 New Year’s Resolutions! 🙂
